1. Who provides the service

The Rețetele Mele mobile application ("the app") is developed and operated by Trinx Solutions S.R.L. ("we"), a company registered in Romania, headquartered in Timișoara, Timiș County. You can contact us at contact@trinxsolutions.com.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By downloading, installing or using the Rețetele Mele app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form an agreement between you and Trinx Solutions S.R.L. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

3. Description of the service

Rețetele Mele is a mobile app that lets you save, organize and cook recipes. You can import recipes from links (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, cooking blogs) with the help of artificial intelligence, have them available offline, plan your meals and automatically generate shopping lists. Using the app requires creating an account, with your e-mail address or via Google sign-in. The price of the app and any in-app purchases are shown in Google Play before purchase.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity in your account. You can delete your account at any time, from the app (Profile → Delete account) or by sending a request to contact@trinxsolutions.com — see the Account deletion page. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts used abusively (for example, to circumvent the service's technical limits or for illegal activities), with prior notice where reasonably possible.

5. User content

You keep ownership of the content you create in the app (manually written recipes, notes, photos, albums). You grant us only the minimal technical licence needed to store and sync this content between your devices. You are responsible for the content you add. If you use the app offline, without sync, you are responsible for keeping a backup of your data; we are not liable for data loss caused by device failure or by uninstalling the app.

6. Importing from third-party sources

The import feature processes the public content of the pages you point it to. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the imported content. Respect recipe creators' copyright and use imported recipes for personal use. Importing depends on the availability of third-party sources (YouTube, TikTok, etc.); we do not guarantee that any link can be imported. To keep the service sustainable, AI-powered import may be subject to reasonable daily limits.

7. In-app purchases

The app may offer premium features. Purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to the platform's terms and refund policies.

• Refund requests are addressed to the platform (Google), according to its policies
• You can restore your purchases on a new device via the restore feature in the app

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose. You undertake not to:

• use the app for illegal, harmful or abusive purposes
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app
• redistribute or resell the app or parts of it
• access the service through automated means or circumvent its technical limits

9. Intellectual property

The app, including the Rețetele Mele design, code, graphics and branding, is the property of Trinx Solutions S.R.L. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute parts of the app without written permission.

10. Data protection

The way we process your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with all devices. Recipes imported with AI may contain inaccuracies, so check the ingredients and steps before cooking — especially quantities, temperatures and possible allergens. Use of the app is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trinx Solutions S.R.L. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Romanian and European law.

13. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app. We may discontinue or modify the service (including the sync and import features), with reasonable prior notice published on this page or in the app, where possible.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably and, in the absence of an agreement, by the competent courts of Romania. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

15. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page, with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes means acceptance of the revised terms.
