Deleting your account and data

This page explains how you can delete your Rețetele Mele account (the app published by Trinx Solutions S.R.L.) and what happens to your data. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1: directly from the app (recommended)

• Open the Rețetele Mele app
• Go to Profile
• Choose Delete account and confirm

Your account and the data synced to the server are deleted immediately. Data stored locally on your phone stays on your device until you uninstall the app or delete it manually.

Option 2: by e-mail

If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to contact@trinxsolutions.com, from the e-mail address associated with your account (or mentioning it in the message).

We process deletion requests within at most 30 days of receiving them and confirm by e-mail when the deletion has been completed.

What data is deleted

• Your account (e-mail address and login data)
• The recipes, albums, shopping list and meal plan synced to the server
• Photos uploaded through sync
• The import request history associated with your account

What data may be kept temporarily

• Technical backups, which are automatically overwritten within at most 30 days of deletion
• Records strictly necessary for legal compliance (for example, proof that your request was processed), kept only as long as the law requires
